No, as long as you have a 4G/LTE SIM card you will not need a new SIM to access 5G. If you are still using a 3G SIM card, you will need to visit us to get the new SIM card.

Yes, we can assist you in transferring your data to your new phone. You will need to know your AppleID password for iPhones and your Gmail password for Android phones.
If you get a new phone on a new contract you will need to select a new in-market plan. The
option to keep your existing plan is to buy the new phone outright, but you would see a much higher
upfront cost.
Yes, you can cancel your contract at any time. If you cancel before your contract is up, you will be billed the remainder of your buyout on your next bill.
If you have already cancelled your number, we cannot guarantee that you can get the same number back. We will try on your behalf to get the number back.
Absolutely! Drop off your old phone at 601 Central Ave and the phone will be properly
recycled and ProKids Thunder Bay will receive a cheque donation from our recycling partners.
Unfortunately data can only either be enabled or blocked. Some customer use a data tracker app that will disable the data when the limit is reached each month. On the other hand we do have
our Unlimited Data plans, so you won’t have to worry about going over your limit.
Unfortunately, due to privacy concerns we cannot backup your data for you. We can also not recover deleted data. If you have an iPhone, iCloud would be the best option to do this for you. If you
have an Android phone, ensuring that Google Backups is enabled will keep your information safe.
Yes, when signing up on a post-paid plan you will need valid Government issued photo ID.
