As a result of our U.S. roaming partners shutting down their 3G HSPA networks Prepaid services (Voice, Data, and SMS) will no longer work in the U.S. Note – the 3G HSPA shutdown has slowly begun customers can still potentially connect to 3G if they are in an area where the service is still available. All times listed are based on the Eastern Time Zone (ET). LTE not available with Prepaid service. Accounts with a $0.00 balance for at least four (4) months or accounts that are fifteen (15) months beyond their expiry date, will be deactivated by Tbaytel. After the Top-Up expires, there is a 7 day grace period to Top-Up again to retain previous balances, Add- Ons, etc.. If a Top-Up is not done within the 7 day grace period, the account will be cleared and Data Add-Ons will be lost.
When applied to Minute or 30 Day Plans, Text & Data Add-Ons expire one year from the purchase date regardless of the Top-Up expiry date.
